After an inspirational keynote from Hal Gregersen and an exploration of strategy and uncertainty through three presentations by Josef Oehmen, Joana Geraldi, Bzhwem Kadir and Pelle Willumsen from DTU, we are entering the second session.

Post your thoughts on Twitter using #mitsdmcon. J-1 to the symposium. The last preparation meeting (from last week), this time from the Japanese side.
We will have a live Twitter feed on the website for the two days of the Symposium. Please use the hashtag #mitsdmcon to tweet your impressions about the papers and keynotes. J-2 to the symposium. Our friends from the University of Tokyo are working on their paper about a multi-framing evaluation of a smart city project.
J-4 to the symposium. If you missed the pre-registration deadline, registration is still possible at the door.
J-5 to the symposium. The team is assembling the hardware for workshop 1: Augmenting Strategy with Interactive Simulation.
As explained in a previous blog post, Lorena is conducting experiments to understand how teams interact on complex projects. She is using a model-based simulation which is used for the conceptual design of shipping marine systems. She conducted her 5th experiment last week. We are exciting to host her 6th experiment at the SDM symposium. It will be our Workshop 2: Model-based strategy for a marine fuel & logistics system.
